ID:19714 Feature – Behaviour change

tQuest UI feature enhancement – Changes have been made to the way tQuest prints. Changes have been made to help prevent printer settings being lost on some user’s machines. The ability for practices to configure ‘workstation only’ level printing has been added. This means that only one person needs to configure printing for every user of a particular machine. tQuest will now attempt to report any printer errors detected following a printer job being sent to the printer. Subject to appropriate printer drivers, this will allow users to better diagnose printing issues in cases where they are out of paper, offline or paused for example. Please note this change will be applied to the user interface on upgrade to tQuest 4.1.1.
