  • Over 7 days – ‘Weeks’

Review admin feature enhancement – Previous behaviour meant that the deletion of an Action just removed it from any Schedules in which it is used without any indication of whether it was the only Action in a particular Schedule. This meant that you could end up with empty saved Schedules. To resolve this, a prompt has been added to indicate to the user which schedules an Action is used within. Likewise within the Schedules section it is now possible to see which Actions are contained therein without having to go into the particular Schedule.

Review admin feature enhancement – It is now possible for an administrator to view the flat file of a report in the UI (requires the ‘View flat files’ special permission enabled in the users profile). A single file may contain multiple reports so Review will attempt to highlight any matching identifiers to aid navigation.

Review admin feature enhancement – It is now possible to suspend processing for a timed period (e.g. 10 mins, 1 hour). This feature has been added in an attempt to remove the risk of administrators suspending processing to edit Synonyms etc and forgetting to resume this on completion of the task.

Review database rationalisation – Redundant columns have been removed from some tables so that only the patient, GP and practice tables are involved in associating a patient with their GP, this will increase the performance of patient GP detail updates.

New events logged include search criteria, viewed reports, summaries, requests and correspondence. Review feature enhancement – When reports are imported and an attempt is made to match the patient to an existing Review patient record, it is now possible to generate a logged warning if either the patient surname and forename validation fails (i.e. there is not an exact match). The previous behaviour was that a new patient record would have been produced. In addition the ability to make forename comparison use only the text up to the first space (if present) has been added, this is to mitigate the complication of a middle name being present in the forename field.

Review feature enhancement – Three new date columns have been added to Review – ‘Significant’, ‘Exam Performed’ and ‘Exam Reported’. These columns are available for inclusion in a user template of data items returned in the report list view. The significant date column can optionally contain one of sample receipt, collection or import dates dependent on availability and preferential order.
